My stay at this hotel was one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. I truly regret booking it. From arrival, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming, and the restaurant staff were extremely rude. When our food was served, the waitress spilled some on the table. She clearly saw it but did not apologize or acknowledge it. Instead, she continued speaking to us in a rude tone, even when we politely asked questions about the menu. There was also an issue with the snacks in the room. Beside the cashew nuts, small Pringles, gummies, and mini cookies, there was a note that said, “Feel free to indulge in our selection.” Based on that wording, we assumed they were complimentary. After checkout, I was charged $89.70. When I spoke to the manager, I requested a detailed breakdown listing each item, quantity, and price, but I did not receive any comprehensive list. Before leaving the hotel, I was only told I would be charged $16.70, which makes the final amount very concerning. The $250 security deposit charged at check-in has also not been refunded. To make matters worse, my partner was taking a photo of me on the stairs — one of the reasons I booked the hotel — when a bartender rudely chased us away as if we were doing something wrong . His tone and behaviour were humiliating and unprofessional. I have never felt so embarrassed and unwelcome. I will not return or recommend this hotel to anyone or a fan or colleague.
The snacks i am being charged $89.70 along with the note written feel free to indulge in our snacks.
