The Ramada Plaza was a good hotel for the price we paid. It's a budget hotel. The swimming pool was too dirty. The breakfast was OK. What we like of the hotel was the location. Walkable distance to metro station to go to downtown and Little Italy neighbourhood for its restaurants. Room good, space was good but remember this is budget hotel, so nothing extraordinary. In general, we like it.

I travel to Montreal often to visit family and friends. This is the first time I feel compelled to leave a review. For the first time i feel roped off: the room was too small, the bed was not queen as advertised but rather double. The room was so tiny there was no space to fit night tables! It was clean, but very uncomfortable and expensive. Parking off course was not included and was charged 15 bucks without prior notice. It is far from downtown but they charged as if in a prime location. Don’t get fooled- avoid at all costs!

The room did what it needed too. However when we checked in- there was dried urine on the toilet seat. The shower door also leaked when we showered so the floor got all wet. The hot water tap was also messed up and air would shoot out of the tap when it was on.

The first problem I had was that breakfast was served from 7am to 10am unless you want scrambled eggs, then it is 8:30am to 10am. I did have a problem where I did not have hot water in my room for over 20 minutes and the staff seemed to think that this was not a problem. Other than that, it was great!!

No hot water early morning, error at the car entrance gate with the door opener, corridors are smelling bad, noisy ac, rooms are clean, during the breakfast the manager checks some customers with their room number but not everybody, it looks kind of unfair and discriminative.

Honestly, everything was fine other than the room itself. The AC was damn loud, the bed was creeky. The bathroom could have had a better design as well. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it. Honestly the rooms are pretty old, if given a chance, I won't prefer this one. Definitely doesn't give 3 stars feel.

The hotel is noticeably lacking in maintenance and cleanliness throughout its infrastructure. Although the rooms are comfortable, there are details that could be improved. For example, the bathroom in our room was very uncomfortable and even the toilet was loose. The breakfast was very poor in content, variety, and quality. The dining room was too small for the large number of people, so the wait time to be served the minimal breakfast selection was very long. For the cost per night, one would expect better quality. I would not return, even for one night, despite its proximity to the airport (12 minutes).

Feels like the hotel is falling apart, you can't open the curtain blinds to view outside without being greeted by a colossal of dirt's by the window.. Feels like the window has never been cleaned over 10 or more years. The swimming pool change room very despicable, the lobby tiles also falling apart! The beddings are extremely dirty. We had to call for a change of all beddings and pillow cases immediately we checked in! Even the replacements feels like clothes' from rags! Very dirty and color already changed I believe what use to be white but now dirty cream. We had to throw all pillows on the floor and go buy new bed spread so we could atleast lay on the bed.
