"Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). "Rooms were clean, hotel staff very helpful. Rooms however are very dated abd need upgrading. Simple things in bathrooms like new tap fittings will make a huge difference. Also the smallest beds and pillows ever seen un a 4-5 star hotel. And why only one pillow per person??? Location very good and convenient to train and many local shops. Breakfast buffet quite basic and nothing special in range of food especially for westerners. "

"A little difficult to find if you are walking, but the owner was lovely, and went out of his way to help me and my friend. The hotel itself was very comfortable, good wifi and a comfortable shared space."

"I didnt even know there was a spa. Nothing was really close, and there is a love hotel next door. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that this is a love hotel, but Im not 100% sure. Would stay here again if I am in the area."
