客室はキレイで快適に過ごせました。 リーズナブルに宿泊出来たのでおおむね満足ですが、 あえて言うならば、 駐車場の入口が分かりづらかったので☆－1 誘導看板が数箇所あればもう少しわかりやすかったかも。 あと、朝食を食べに行ったら席が満席で ほぼ椅子取りゲーム状態。 通路も狭く、食事や飲み物を取りに行く人、 次から次へと入ってくる人、空いた食器を下げるスタッフで入り乱れ、ぶつかりやしないかとヒヤヒヤものでした。 入口で席の有無を確認し、案内してくれるものと思っていたがそれもなくて残念でした。 チェックイン時にフロントで 朝食の時間の希望を聞いて、 時間が偏らないように交代制にすると こんなにもごった返すことはないように思います。 スタッフの方達のサービス、雰囲気がいいだけに大変もったいないと思います。 改善されるなら、また宿泊したいと思います。

スタッフの方の対応は、気持ちのよい丁寧な対応でした。　凄く助かります！ 車で行かれる方は、宿泊中出入りするのなら駐車場の手続きが一手間あるのでスタッフの方に聞いてください。丁寧に教えて貰えますからね(^^) 台数も結構ありますよ(^^) 新築なのでお部屋もとても綺麗！ そして清潔にしてあるのでGoodでした(^^) １つ注意点として トイレが小さめなので 大柄な方は少し窮屈かもしれないです

今回は朝食つきのプランでしたが、朝食単体が「2,500円」というのであれば「どうかな？」という内容でした。品数が多いようで少ない…パンも冷凍っぽかったし、ご飯も美味しいお米という感覚はありませんでした。 あと駐車場ですが、宿泊客の料金はせめて周辺のコインパーキングの価格に合わせるべきだと思います。（周辺のコインパーキングは24時間1,000円前後）

初めて利用させてもらったのですが、受付スタッフの対応について苦言を呈させてください。初めてのゲストに対する館内説明が簡潔すぎた気がします。その影響?なのか朝食付きのプランだったにも関わらず何も説明もなくチェックインの手続きが終了。 一度部屋に入り朝食チケット等もないし場所は?等と不思議に思い 再度受付で質問すると受付が間違いに気がついたようです。 はっきり言って所見からあまり気持ちいい応対でなかったのですがこの際も間違っていたのはホテル側なのにあまり悪いと思っていないような態度に思えました。 もう少し初めてのゲストへの応対を考えてほしいと思いました。 部屋は広くて清潔で食事についても美味しくて素晴らしかったです。 只あのチェックインの対応では今後のリピートは考えたいです。

朝食は食べてないので評価できません。 掃除はほぼ行き届いていました。 他のお客さんですが、外にゴミの袋をおいたりとても大きな声で騒いでいました。外国の方ですが、もう少し配慮ある行動をお願いしたいです。ホテル側も、分かりやすい案内を置いて、ルールを伝えてあげていただけるといいですね。
