「The staff was great! They provided free transportation to the Brewer stadium, which was awesome! My only complaint was that they did not provide recycling containers at the hotel. Thank you.」

「This hotel was very comfortable and clean. I was picked up from the airport quickly and check-in was a breeze. It was very quiet at night even though the airport is right across the street. The continental breakfast was typical of most hotels these days...mostly high carbs and sugar-based products, but good coffee. Overall it was a great deal for the price. 」

「Everything was excellent. My room across from the pool area was excellent. Check in was a breeze, the airport shuttle was a plus! The restaurant with room service was great! All of the amenities were excellent. This is my third stay and I highly recommend it.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「Customer service was amazing. Not sure if his name was Jon, but he was awesome at check in. The breakfast area was spotless!!! I couldn’t get over it. Would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends. Thank you! 」
