「I booked Abode Manchester more than a month in advance, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was clearly stated that the rooms had air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the air conditioning was broken in all rooms throughout the hotel. At first, I thought I could manage by opening a window to get some ventilation — but to my surprise, the windows could not be opened at all. I called the front desk for help, and the manager eventually confirmed that...

「前台服務員專業有禮，特别是 Nathan 表現親切。但房間的 整潔程度需要改善，被安排一間壞了空調的房間，不能提供房間更換，只退回20%房費及送兩杯飲品作補償(酒店的回贈還算合理)， 另外一提: 早餐廳部份服務員禮貌及態度極需要改善。但我們是希望有個好的住宿體驗，但今次未能達到。」
