"Property was in terrible condition. Mold in the refrigerator mold in the ice machines. Sheets and bedding was nasty. The microwave was sitting on ottoman. 2 tvs in the room sitting side by side. One was broke and the other one only had nexflix and the User name was DADDY. The absolute worst hotel I have ever been too. Elevator was broke. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The worker Amy was absolutely amazing. "

"Booked this for our daughter and grandkids. Room smelled like stale smoke and musty. They were on the first floor away from the pool so it wasn’t because of the pool. The staff was very nice checking them in though."

"Room had a jacuzzi tub but didnt advise us at check in that it didnt work. Shower was almost unusable being clogged and what little water we had the water was shooting all the wrong ways. Was also some random hairs laying around. I will not return. I paid $160 for what was worth maybe half that."

"Upon check-in, the front desk was rude. As soon as my child found a cockroach at the swimming pool, we thought hard about having to leave. Packing up we realized the room itself was in terrible shape. Food stains on walls, dirty linens, pieces of food along walls. I wanted to try to make it work so I asked for a vacuum. I kept finding more disgusting things. Even the ice bucket and tray were coated in sticky goo. Microwave was unplugged. Found out it had a burnt smell inside. We left 2 hours later after thinking about it over dinner. Front desk man said Nisha the manager would refund in the morning. I called, expressed my concerns and she said because I “used” the room (mind you we didn’t sleep there) we couldn’t get a refund and hung up on me. When Hotels called, she claimed I trashed the room. "
