「宠物友好」

「Worst night This is the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a hotel room with such poor soundproofing. I can hear everything from the room next door—even the sound of people talking and sneezing. What’s even worse is that the people next door didn’t go to sleep until 1:00 AM. I never want to stay here again.」

「Went to check in only to find one person working and a line of people complaining that rooms were not cleaned before checking in new guests. Was told to come back around 4 when check in was at 3. The waterpark was great! But was told it was only open until 9 and would be closed the next day. We had no remotes for either tv in the room and didn't have control over the air/heat in the room. Only 1 elevator worked. No breakfast options. Nothing was open like the Snack Shop or restaurant in the...

「和旁边的Hyatt Place相比 酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施 比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。 真心无语」

「The price varied dramatically in different calendar days. If staying a few days, no room service unless you need to find out in the front desk, like return broken dish and glass, towel needs to be replaced, no cleaning service until you leave. Good location though.」
