「The room we had for 5 people was 2 queen and 1 sofa sleeper. Walked into the room and something smelled really stale moldy bread scent. There was black mold on the ceiling. Approached front desk manager. He had to reduce our room down to 2 queen beds only. Would not give an extra room (wanted full price), would not refund moldy room, would only offer the following. Your option is take this smaller room or I will cancel your room and you lose your money.」

「The building is outdated and the roof leaks in multiple places, there was algae growing all along the edges of the pool, I used the restroom right after it was cleaned and even though there was blue cleaner in the toilet basin, there was urine on the seat when I lowered it, and only 2 out of 6 staff we encountered were friendly. On the upside, the pool was large, nice and warm, and there is a hot tub!」

「The hot tub and pool are under renovation and unusable. That is the single most reason we chose this hotel. Highly disappointed. Breakfast was pretty mediocre」

「The most important part of my stay was the cleanliness of the room- it was excellent. Most of the facility was "ok". The breakfast was fine-nothing fancy-but what you would expect for the price. Parking was a bit tight, but manageable.」

「While the staff was great and the room clean, that's where it stopped. The bed was terribly hard and there was no coffee maker in the room or the lobby. Fortunately we were only stopping for one night.」

「Requested a refund upon arrival and checking out the room. This place is still very much under renovations in some areas. Construction material very visible and rooms seemingly still being remodeled. The room itself looked new but was extremely pungent. Think glue fumes or heavy cleaner, no idea what but was so strong that we requested a refund as we could not think of remaining in the room for any amount of time.」

「The staff was great. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of hot options. The hotel is in a convenient location. We will definitely stay there again!」
