"Bedspread was dirty, the breakfast was blah and small, coffee was cold. Staff was not friendly. "

"Unfortunately I would not recommend. Upon arrival, the light in our bathroom (toulet/shower) was not functioning...it was a strobe light. I immediately went to front desk to ask for someone to look at it while we went ot our event. Upon return over 4 hours later, the light still was flickering. I went to front desk and said it was still bad and showed a video I took. A staff oerson came to my room and worked on it for about 15 minutes and said it would need major work. I said please come again in am while we were at our event...I do not thi k it was ever looked at again. We were given a desk lamp to use in bathroom which was very inconvenient. Also...Our room keys topped working TWICE! So frustrating having to go back to lobby to get into our room. Lastly, we were on first floor and it was LOUD! The walls seemed paper thin...we could hear every conversation in room next door and in hallway."

"Hotel was very nice. We had an issue with the heating unit making a loud humming noice. They switched us to a different room… walked in and it was the same loud humming noise. I called the front desk to let them know this room has the same noise coming from the heating unit… he seemed annoyed so I apologized for being an inconvenience and hung up. We just dealt with the load humming noise all night. Other than that, nice place"

"Receptionist gave my room to another guest shortly before I arrived. Their name was somewhat similar to mine. Check in was confusing and delayed but eventually got straightened out. Parking is terrible and someone had a dog down the hall that barked occasionally. "

"Clean rooms, clean hotel. First night check-in was good. Staff person at the desk first night was great even came to my room to fix tv issue. Next day was an issue with staff regarding extra towels for my room. The room did have sufficient supply of towels for 6 people and when I approached the service desk I was no towels available until later. Went back 3 the same day and received the same answer each time. This staff member was not very nice and never had a solution. Finally Saturday evening very late I was able to get towel. Not happy and thought the staffer was very unhelpful."

"Clean rooms. The beds and pillows were so comfy! Huge breakfast variety. Room service was available from the restaurant on site. They could use ice makers on every floor and the shower heads need to be updated to match the rest of the hotels vibe. I’d definitely stay again."

"All the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The location is pretty much IN the middle of town so there's a lot of stuff within walking distance. I've lived in the area before and I was back for a visit so everyone basically knew where I was anyhow. The place is clean, but not necessarily in the greatest shape as far as things like towels etc. The curtains in our room had a tear almost the entire length to the top and the heater/air conditioning unit was less than impressive - we had to turn the heat up to 80 for it to even give off semi-warm air and then it got REALLY hot so we were either freezing or roasting with no happy medium. We were exhausted by the time we got in late at night and didn't realize it right away - by the time we did we just wanted to SLEEP rather than change rooms! And since it was such a short stay, it wasn't a MAJOR concern to us, especially for the price. I'm sure they would have been more than happy to change our room had we asked though. They also have an amazing continental breakfast. "
