We arrived at 9:30 pm to check in to find there was no room as the hotel has water damage and they only honored a few reservations. We were not the only ones left without lodging. No live person at the desk. Talked to someone on a video screen. The lobby appears to be in the middle of a renovation as there stuff all over. The hotel also appears to be in the middle of a rebranding as the Econolodge sign is still in the parking lot. DO NOT expect this place to look like the pictures on line. Had to go over an hour to find another hotel as all others were full.

Upon check-in I was told our reservation was cancelled due to water damage in the building. It was 8:30 pm and there were two major events going on in the area so hotels were booked. The hotel did not offer assistance in finding another hotel as we were met with someone on a kiosk at check-in. We were over 6 hours from home and had left at 4:00 am that morning to get to the event. Thankfully I had used Expedia to reserve our hotel so they were able to get another hotel for us only a few miles from our reserved location, and it was the last room. From the new hotel, we learned that that happens often at that hotel. How frustrating for anyone traveling out of state. I would never recommend this hotel!

The hotel was awful.. no locks on outside security doors.. rm#210 had missing tiles in the shower, the shower had nasty caulking around the tub.. no shampoo/condioning, I would not take a shower, paint peeling off the bathroom door, no pool or hot tub, hallway carpet was filthy, the bed skirts were falling off..garbage left in the hallway at 9pm.. back entrance had some construction materials and debris (garbage) laying in long grass that hadn't been cut in weeks. This hotel is a stain on the Ramada/Wyndham name.

No pool. Expect a $25 fee per pet. Don’t expect anything from the staff. Doors don’t lock that go to the outside. The parking lot is a complete nightmare.

BEWARE: This property is a deficient all but abandoned hotel. When I arrived I was shocked, asked to see the room and would not check in, even if potentially they would not allow a cancellation. The property did issue a refund with no issue which was upstanding.

First, this is not a Ramada. It is an incredibly dirty Econo Lodge. Check in was done virtually and was anything but easy. I should have realized the red flags when I was told the room was non-refundable, there was dilapidated vehicles in the parking lot & someone appeared to be living in a van in the lot. Our door didn't work so someone had to come with a key, if we wanted to leave. TV did not work. Pool & hot tub do not work. Room was dirty. Floors were disgusting. There is construction going on and messes all over. The 2 mage staff members that were present were helpful.

What an absolute dump. Place looks like it should be shuttered, overgrown lawn, stacks of bent and tore up screens in the lawn, pales of construction materials in the lawn, cars on blocks in the parking lot, a car with flat tires right next to the entrance that's been there for quite a while, all the signs are painted over and nothing would identify it as a Ramada outside of the GPS. The Econo Lodge sign is still up by the freeway. The pool was completely empty and out of service and the hot tub did not work either. Walk into the lobby and there is overflowing trash in the corner and the place is dirty. You check in through a video conference kiosk and it takes forever. Ended up not staying there and let them keep my money. No way would I stay in a place that run down nor leave my car and the parking lot like that. I have to think that Ramada doesn't know the condition of this property, otherwise they wouldn't sign on to have a place like this under their name. Buyer beware!
