You can tell that they have been updating the property over the last few years. There were a few cosmetic fit and finish issues with missing or broken trim pieces, but the room was clean, smelled nice and more importantly, the beds were comfortable. The staff was super nice and very welcoming!

When we checked in the guy at the front desk gave us a 12pm check out time. The next day we were woken up twice by someone who just walking into a room to clean it b4 noon. Didnt even knock. Lock the security latch for sure. After they left the front desk called the room and it wasnt even noon yet.

For the most part, it was fine. There were some annoyances though. The hot tub barely had any power in its jets. The internet was wonky - when I first went to sign in, it asked for my last name and room number, but when I went to fill it in, the screen changed and asked for a passcode. I couldn't find anything that told me what the passcode was. I called downstairs three times and no one answered. I finally called tech help. Then, once I was online, it kept shutting down.

The hotel and staff were great amd very accomidating. The 40 families with kids from Iowa soccer not so much. Very bad parenting and noisy late i to the night. Front desk tried and were very apologetic. Playing soccer in hallways and wrestling after 10 at night was craziness.
