「Stayed for one night, family of four. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped through the main door of the building. Were greeted with a big welcome in the cosy and beautiful lounge. House was very clean. Staff were wonderful, friendly and gone out of their way to serve us. They lived up to their standards of "from home to home" saying. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. 「Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these.」
