We had a fantastic relaxing nights stay at this hotel, a lovely meal in the restaurant and a great breakfast in the morning. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, we’d definitely stay here again
The overnight stay was perfect. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Perfect for the nearby vineyards. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.
Recently renovated , comfortable bed , thoughtful touches in the rooms . Some parking at the property but lots nearby if not . Hosts charming and attentive.
The Print House is a stylish, warm and friendly place to stay. A prime location to stay in if visiting the neighbouring vineyards, and The Print House’s own transportation service makes this a super convenient and stress free stay. Seonaid and Andrew have done a marvellous job renovating this place and run a loving and friendly establishment. Will definitely stay again!
The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed. Total experience was great, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. If I had to find fault it would be that parking on site is limited and hotel is on main road although this is not noticeable once in side. Food is delicious evening meal as well as breakfast.
Different from your usual run of the mill place, the Authors Room we stayed in is really unique, sloping floors and low ceilings make you feel like your in an old ship (but fitted out really nicely!). Great base if you want to make a visit to nearby Chapeldown vineyard, and the restaurant equally stylish, with a HUGE win list and good selection.
Idea location for Kent countryside and wineries. Owners and Staff all very friendly, always helpful. Room comfortable, as new condition with everything you need. Food excellent with a good menu and comprehensive wine list.
Stayed overnight for a birthday party, so we weren't there for long but the inn was delightful, lovely room and decor, friendly welcoming owner and staff, and a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. Can't fault anything. Thank you very much.
Excellent refurbishment to a high standard. Had to leave after one night of a two night stay due to illness. The owners and staff response to that difficult situation was first class and we cannot thank them enough for that assistance and understanding. Would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in the area.
A lovely clean and well kept small hotel. Staff and owners most friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculate but rather short on space. A fan was provided which was most welcome as it was quite hot even with the window open. Unfortunately, the room faced the road so the noise from the traffic kept us awake.
Lovely dining area and guest lounge. And great private garden.
Apart from traffic noise would recommend- perhaps choose a room to the rear
The room was well decorated and looked nice with some key amenities and luxuries including robes and a coffee machine. However when it came to sleeping the room really let us down. The emergency green light was so bright my partner and I really struggled. They did provide eye masks which we found during the night but these were very uncomfortable to wear. There was also a lot of noise as the walls were very thin so we could hear other people talking and even just sneezing or coughing or moving around in their rooms. I had to wear ear plugs in the end but again I don’t find this ideal. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the room was very hot but we were able to open the window and had the option to put a fan on. There was parking out front but very limited spaces so my advice would be to plan another parking option just in case. We didn’t eat dinner or breakfast in the restaurant area just by choice really. Continental breakfast was included in our stay but we decided to go elsewhere as there weren’t many options for me as I have a dairy intolerance. It was a spread of mainly yoghurts, granolas and pastries with some melon and meats (fine for most).
Overall this is a fine stop over but we wouldn’t book again.
