"We stayed here due to a missed flight connection in Charlotte. The airport shuttle and in-house restaurant made it a no brainer. The pool area was nice, although we did not use it. Ony wish was that breakfast started earlier for those with early flights. "

"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."

"The courtesy and hospitality I received during my stay at Studios & Suite 4 Less was not far from amazing. The kindness shown and the constant checking in to make sure I had the essentials added to the stay. I must and will testify that God met me there and reminded me that He will meet His children inside of a studio, suite, or a room, wherever He's invited. As I end my stay today at Studios & Suite 4 Less; I am grateful God provided for many of us to have a place to stay, away from the cold temperature and many things deemed to be unsafe. I pray we see the blessing in the small things. God knows what we need and He will provide.
