「“Beautiful 5-star Hotel very friendly & welcoming staff.Service was great overall.Especially the Manager,Evan Kidd, who was very kind always had a warm smile.However the restaurant needs improvement food-wasn’t hot enough the wait time was too long.」

「The room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the view was incredible! The only downfall is that you guys did not have a pool, and the elevator on the 8th floor was slow. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends. 」

「My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience. 」
