「My family came in town while on spring vacation and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We enjoyed the stay so much, my kids did not want to leave.
Check In/Out services: Friendly staff, Sophia greeted us and explained the properties amenities
Valet and Bell service: Chuck, Bob and jack were pleasant to talk with and helped without hesitation.
The massage and Dunbar areas were clean, and staff were friendly and polite.

「The room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the view was incredible! The only downfall is that you guys did not have a pool, and the elevator on the 8th floor was slow. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends. 」

「Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.
Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food.
The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center).
The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all.」
