「We do staycation's in Charlotte here! Its nice to book a room, have a spa day and get away from the hectic work life while still being only 25 min away from the house. We always have a great experience and the staff are great. 」

「The room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the view was incredible! The only downfall is that you guys did not have a pool, and the elevator on the 8th floor was slow. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends. 」

「Overall, the property was OK, but I think the property needs to be updated. Many of the hotels presentation is top tier in the area. The elevator needs to be cleaner and updated. The food and breakfast rates a 10. A howling dog kept me up all night and I had to be complimented a nights stay. In conclusion, I have stayed at this establishment the last 10 years, but I think in the future, I will be seeking my vacation with another hotel for my next vacation in the area. 」

「The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a clean facility, however there was hair and a nausea sticker on the furniture. 」

「Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food. The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center). The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all.」
