「We had a wheelchair to get to the second floor and it was more than difficult to take elevator since there was a step up to get there. If it were not for a fellow guest helping us up the step we would not have gotten onto the room. The step was unnecessary and short ramp would have been appropriate. People working there were very helpful - especially Leroy! 」

「Sunday arrival, 2 night stay I really struggled to give this place a second star. It's terrible. A few points in no particular order: -parking is $15 per night. Limit 1 vehicle per room. -elevator is not air conditioned. You literally feel like you're being suffocated. Heaven forbid someone gets stuck. -The AC died in my room and we had to move mid-stay.
