「Drywall falling from the ceiling in the shower. Air conditioner was so loud and made a high pitched noise all night. Beds comfortable, large rooms.」

「My first night was very comfortable; I noticed a few ants and flying bugs near the window but didn't think much about. I killed a few and went to bed. The next evening when I got back into the room, the insects had multiplied around the air conditioner. When I awoke in the morning, there were dozens of ants on the curtains and the flying ants had reached the rug and bathroom. I was checking out the morning and reported the problem to the desk person that checked me out.」

「Property has been in better shape but was fine. Other than restaurant staff I didn't see hotel staff smile. While a minor thing it's telling since Ironhorse used to give off a fun vibe.」

「The room was not cleaned unless we called and asked however everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff was super helpful and so friendly! Now that I know to call for cleaning would stay again.」

「This hotel is quite expensive, but the service was surprisingly stingy. We asked for just one extra bottle of water, and the staff refused. For the price we paid, such a small courtesy should not have been an issue. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and denying something as simple as an extra bottle of water left a very poor impression. I expected much better service from a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again.」

「A unique place in a great spot. It was quiet and clean. Our room's A/C wasn't working, but we didn't find that out until 12 a.m. The On Tap bar attached to the hotel was nice, but the music was way too loud. When you can't hear the person next to you, it's a problem. I'm not sure why bars do this. No one likes it. Apart from those it's a great place. Street parking if you can find it. Valet for $40, or park one block down in a garage with hourly rates.」

「Vivian checked us in Saturday evening and she was wonderful. A very pleasant experience. We had an issue with the AC at first and she came up to the room personally to check it out. The AC had reset and started working as we met her at the door. Again, an exceptional employee. Mike was at the desk for checkout. He was not very personable at all and rude at times to the guests coming to counter.」
