「The location was excellent」

「We arrived late after a day of travel to find that the hotel had no room for us, despite the fact that I had reserved and prepaid six months in advance. They tried to blame it on Expedia overbooking. Hyatt clearly needs to fix their system. Very disappointing, frustrating, and simply unacceptable.」

「I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.」

「This place was the worst experience of my entire life. The front desk was empty, and no one answered the phone. When I finally managed to get someone to help me, they informed me that there was no room available for me. Eventually, she gave me a key for a room that was not even clean, and it was filled with people doing smoking ilegal things. I never stayed. I had to go back home and my weekend was ruined.」

「It was absolutely nothing bad about my experience I was there for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of my days, the only recommendation I would make is extra hangers in the closet and maybe some small shelves by the little sink by the bathroom and some hooks in the shower other than that those were very very small issues everything else was a fantastic experience, so fantastic I booked my next trip for February while I was still there, I will stay there often and visit and visit there often ,...

「Checked in, room was better than expected for the price of the room. Then plumbing issues the toilet was clogged would not flush caught maintenance and asked if we could get a plunger. They did not have one called maintenance again to have maintenance come up to the room they never showed we bought a plunger and still did not work called maintenance again to send somebody up again. No one showed went to the office, they told me I had to change rooms because the plumbing in that room was bad....
