「Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me」

「We love staying at this hotel anytime we’re in St. Petersburg. The location is great - close to all the restaurants, shops, etc….」

「The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.」

「For a downtown high-rise hotel, it only has 16 parking spaces -- otherwise guests are left to hunt for street parking or public pay-by-the-hour lots (which may go way up in price at event times like baseball games, soccer games, etc.). The hotel has no general TV service, only a unit on the wall for guests to use for their streaming apps (which did absolutely no good for my elderly parents who wanted to watch the NBA Finals game on network TV). And for a hotel that's relatively new, we found it...

「The room stank, the carpet was sticky and the room was very humid. We were given incorrect information from the staff and threw out a bunch of food due to their misinformation that there were no microwaves on site. We later found several microwaves on the first floor. At checkout, the valet fee was put on one credit card after we specifically requested wanting to pay the valet on a separate card when we checked in. The elevators stopped working and we had to use the stairs, including my elderly...

「Very quaint and characterful. Loved the lobby coffee/bar and outdoor courtyard. The location is great, we didn't have to get in our car once except to take a boat tour out of Gulfport. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which I enjoyed for its historic character. Could have done with an AC wall unit over the window unit and better mattress/sheets. We used the gym on the rooftop and appreciated the view and brand new equipment. I'd stay here again but opt for a room with upgraded amenities...

「It was a very confusing set up inside. Extremely dark, gloomy and depressing environment. They did do a great job with their happy hour and breakfast. Head of housekeeping was spectacular.」
