「The Hollander was conveniently located. It was a short walk to museums, the bay where you can stroll or sit and watch the boats and passerbys, and a bunch of restaurants and shops. We were glad to be off the main drag. Our room was poolside, It tended to be noisy where there was also a bar but was fine with windows closed. The bathroom was very small but useable. The Hollander dining area either inside or on the porch was convenient and reasonably priced.」

「I wasn't expecting the royal treatment but what I got was sub-par. I went up to the front desk where there were 3 people behind the desk helping one person. I said excuse jme a couple of times and no one acknowledged me. 」

「Originally I booked my room through Expedia and it mentioned nothing about an “old part” versus the “renovated part” when booking a room. I got to the Cordova and checked into my room (thankfully they let me do an early check in, so nice of them) however upon entering my “old” room there was a dehumidifier with an air freshener sticking through the vent, when taking a closer look the vents were covered in black mold. 「Staff was very helpful. Rooms are just old and don’t look as clean. Tiles were wobbly and loose to walk on by the pool area. Pool is not heated. No ice machines on the floors but ice in the lobby.」
