「If you are looking for a charming, historic hotel that makes you feel like you have stepped back in time- this is the one. Being served on the veranda sitting in comfy chairs and admiring the giant magnolias = perfection. The staff is wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Sadly, no ghosts visited us, but maybe next time.」

「Had to wait over an hour (after 4 pm check in time) to get our room. The rooftop bar food was terrible to say the least and we ordered 3 different items, all were DISGUSTING. Do not eat there. Room was clean and view was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to everything you want to do in Macon.」

「The property was very well maintained, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Our bartender Erica was so welcoming and after a long day of travel we to were have a bite to eat and a drink with nice conversation. 💕」

「Staff were the best crew ! I ran into an issue with Expedias reservation- they were just such a great group of people. They helped me get in touch with Expedias customer service, we finally got everything sorted. They were helpful, patient and friendly.」

「The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood Suites. I Had the King suite for a week. Very convenient to food and stores. The bed was very comfortable . My daughter slept on the hide a bed and she also was comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful. Lizzy was super friendly and got us checked in after a long flight from Los Angeles. I will be staying again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort and cleanliness, Thanks.」

「We stayed only one night and this hotel was a good spot. It was not RIGHT off the freeway but an easy drive to it. The room was small, but clean and cozy enough. It was sticky/humid at first; we set the “dry” setting on the AC and it was fine. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet area. Parking was good! The staff was so nice and attentive. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast was just OK; no hot options except for the waffle maker, but there was only one. Overall, it was a...
