「The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. 「Pour nous, la meilleure option de logement à Kuching. Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin. 「Location convenient and near to most places of attraction except National Parks.Lot of places to eat out nearby.Friendly and helpful staff.」

「The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. 」

「Convenient location in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront and the usual tourist spots. Hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly. 1 receptionist who weren't so forthcoming with making recommendations, appears a bit clueless and lacking in initiative when I asked what is there to see within walking distance around the hotel. 1 restaurant staff also failed to inform me that an item on the menu was not available and did so only after I have waited nearly...

「The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time.」
