"Extremely clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, and location is great as it is very close to shopping and food (within 15min walking distance). We were originally concerned with the location being dangerous but we never felt in danger, even after midnight. There's always lots of people walking around, and we didn't encounter anyone sketchy. Streets were clean and lively."

"The hotel is in a great location, and the price was very reasonable compared with other options. The amenities were excellent, especially the cafeteria. We did not realize that breakfast and lunch were included, and the food was actually very good. One thing that was our mistake was that we did not fully understand that this was more like a university residence than a traditional hotel. Therefore, the rooms were very basic. The beds were typical of a university dorm and were not very comfortable. The sheets and towels were also of poor quality, and the beds were not properly made. Overall, it was a good experience considering the location, price, and amenities, but the rooms and bedding could definitely be improved."

"★★★★★ Fantastic stay, thanks to Ruben and Monica I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ruben and Monica. Both of them went well above and beyond what I expected — attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Whatever I needed, they made sure it was taken care of, and their hospitality really made the stay memorable. It's rare to come across staff this dedicated, and they deserve real recognition for it. Highly recommend this hotel, in large part because of the excellent service Ruben and Monica provided. Five stars, no hesitation."

Par contre, les tapis sans attaches au plancher de la chambre posent un risque appréciable aux personnes âgées. Ça et l’absence d’ascenseur font en sorte que je ne recommanderai pas ce logement aux voyageurs âgés."

"If you’re looking for an affordable, convenient location in the heart of the city, this place is great, it was very basic, though that’s to be expected. I stayed for 8 days, attending several Rush concerts. The bed was a bit stiff but I acclimated to it. No fan or AC in the room. Minimal housekeeping - I was given a towel the first day but never received a fresh one. Sheets were never changed. The first morning I used one of the showers - the room was a bit small and cramped and the water didn’t drain at the end. The next morning I discovered a nicer shower so I continued to use that one. The staff was nice and okay though not overly friendly. I had no real issues coming and going - you’re given a code to enter. Parking was available at additional cost though very affordable and was super convenient. Bottom line - if you’re looking for cheap lodgings with no frills and you’re willing to use a shared bathroom this is a great option. There was a small kitchen area available for use (for simple meals, was asked not to do anything major) but I did not use it,"
