"You can tell the rooms were once beautiful, but there is evidence of water damage, and extensive wear and tear on all of the interior finishes. The bedroom ceiling also shows water damage from above. The drain is also slow."

"The staff was incredible, they went out of their way to assist and resolve immediately with any issues we had. Marina, Terina, Gazelle, Nicky and the engineer were all great, incuding the cleaning staff. Breakfast and coffee and fruit were fantastic.
