「Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving 」

「Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.」

「Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great」

「Nice wee house, perfect」

「THE HOTEL GAVE MY ROOM AWAY EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT FOR 3 NIGHTS, SO I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL, AND THEY WON'T REFUND ME, SO I'M HAVING TO DO A CHARGEBACK WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY」

「We needed a quiet escape and this hotel was lovely. The room was gorgeous! The shower was amazing! We loved that we could order room service and listen to the storm outside. Really lovely. TV was a smart TV so can easily login to your netflix/prime account etc. Breakfast was great too - staff were helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay.」
