「Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends.」

11. Travelodge London Balham

距離倫敦大學聖喬治學院 2.4 公里

「I stayed for three weeks to visit family, and I chose the Travelodge because it was so close to them. But generally speaking the location cannot be beat, the hotel is mere steps from the underground and Balham is a wonderful base for a London visit, with loads of shops and great restaurants. The hotel caters mainly to short stays of 1-2 nights, but once I settled in things went well. Staff is available around the clock, when I had to ask for help it was given. On the down side, there is no AC...

「This is not a hotel, it is a house with digital locks on the doors. Location on maps is wrong. I had to call someone to find the house and for them to let me in. Bathroom is not nice, the sink and shower are clearly blocked. Bedroom was okay but very basic. The person on the phone was helpful but I also got locked out of my room at 5am and couldn't get back in until I sent a message on WhatsApp. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend staying here.」

「Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.」
