I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

"Great location, very modern, limited storage in the room but room was comfortable, great bed. The location is next to Victoria Train station so little uncomfortable area after dark, but lots of people around, just have to be careful, that said getting around was perfect being next to the Underground and access to Gatwick airport is excellent using the Gatwick Express, 5 minutes from hotel and only 30 minutes on the train. Also breakfast was excellent."

Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed.
