「I have to say it was a pleasurable experience. Staff were so helpful no matter what I asked and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I stayed in a double room. It had a fully stocked fridge treats and a nice welcome note on the bed which was a lovely touch, no problem recommended and I definitely will be back again on my next visit to London.」

「It was really really noisy, we had someone outside revving their motorbike. Music was being played alot, could hear neighbours. Anytime someone closed a door the whole room shaked. Also was Makeup all over the bathroom door. 」

De kamer oogde schoon, maar na wat beter te kijken bleek er een pleister van een vorige bezoeker op de grond te liggen, samen met allerlei andere troep en stofresten onder het bed. 「Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.」
