"Breakfast was fresh not a lot of vegan or gluten free options. The thai restaurant was closed. The 24 hr restaurant was open - food was nice especially the salmon. Some mserable restaurant staff no smiles or greetings. Shower was blocked and shower holder broken. Was reported and fixed. Grout and silcone could be changed and cleaned - would make the bathroim look so much brighter. Towels seen better days - hard, thin and rough. Air con great. Beds very comfortable. Pillows far too small and short they dont fit the bed. Lobby is beautiful and check in was fast and informative. Spa trearments were amazing we had oil massage and herble compress - set D. The view out of the spa waiting room could be improved looking at chipped paint and lots of bird poop spoils the relaxation vibe. The spa staff are very welcoming. The pool is lovely and clean though the surrounded path was being maintained. A large section of the pool deck had sheets / canvas blocking off where the workers were laying the new floor. Some of the sun loungers were ripped and stained. The gym was good and the air con worked perfect. It had cold water and fresh towels. We couldnt find any anti back spray to wipe down any of the equipment we used. The ladies toilet was blocked - wouldnt flush. Was fixed within minutes of being reported. We had a pool view room. No time curfue around the pool so people were partying and swimming late Not ideal if wanted some rest before an early morning flight. Free airport transfer "

"Very impressed with the hotel and property. The locations excellent. Great restaurants and bars very close. Room was comfortable and bed and pillows great. Able to darken the room completely for sleep. Elevators are fast and the entire property is very clean. Staff was terrific "

"I ate one meal, which was standard good. But the hotel was amazing. The only thing I would say bad is the pool closed too early at 8:30. I would of liked more time in the pool and to be there at night "
