"Lovely room with excellent air con! Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend… only small issue was that we arrived early so checked in and left bags… but when we got in after the theatre there was only one person in reception and they also had to go and fetch luggage so there was quite a queue and some frustrated guests! Apart from that, was very happy with our choice."

"First timer here. Your phone is your key to everything. So have an adequately charged phone!!! Download your QR codes to your phone's wallet to avoid my experience....I kept getting error messages. 🙄 I checked my luggage in the locker room in the early AM. Had issues with the tech but lovely staff on hand to help. Arrived in the late PM with very little battery on my phone. Issues with tech downloading luggage QR code, and then room QR code from Expedia. Needed more assistance. Alot of unnecessary friction. The pod itself is clean and adequate. However I slept with my suitcase, I was unsure Everything is done via your phone and my dying battery ruined my experience."

"Very helpfull staff all the rooms were very clean only thing that was a lillte difficult was that they did not offer any lunch or dinner opptions or ways for you to sort out you own food so u would have to go to other sites or restonts but they do offer a free ferry that is very helpfull"

"The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous! I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"
