「This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. 「Spacious room. We left our well behaved dog in the room for a couple of hours in air conditioning, while we visited Mesa Verde national park. The staff is helpful. The Hotel’s aesthetic is very nice, very “classic American”. I was able to call ahead and tell the staff that my partner would check in first (my partner was not listed on the booking) but the staff was amicable and let her into the room while I arrived and checked in hours later. Other hotels would have not been so understanding.」

「We stayed here to be closer to Mesa Verde and it was a good location. The room was very large and comfortable. There were many others there when we were including quite a few children but we didn't notice the noise at all. The breakfast was good. My only complaint-and it's not really a complaint-is we had a room on the second floor on the back side and had to go up the two flights of stairs to get to our room and the best place to park to be close really 'belonged' to another room.」
