不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和設施服務
We were treated like outcasts as the only white people in the establishment. All staff were very rude. When checked in the lady at front desk started laughing when I gave her my license. My wife had trouble getting her luggage in the doors and there was staff watching but they wouldn’t even help. No eye contact, no hellos, thank you, nothing during stay. On top of that, we woke up in the middle of the night with the room 78 degrees. AC stopped working. Notified the desk and they couldn’t care less. No water pressure in the shower either. Was one of my worst stays ever. Management would not respond, no offers of compensation or even an apology given. Stay away from this place. Go actually read other reviews online. You will see people complain about the rudeness and borderline racism.
