「A great stay」

「Air conditioning was great. The area and parking were good. 」

「The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.」

「Quick stop through Pagosa. Super convenient. It’s a modern take on a motel! Air conditioner was weak, but we opened windows because it was 44 degrees overnight. Super walkable to restaurants and river.」

The interior wall between the 2 beds had something spilled on it, the floors were filthy in the corners. The bathroom had dirty walls. No hand towels or washcloths were provided. The floor lamp shade was partly crushed. The breakfast was as expected, but spilled food was on the floor and the tables were slow to be wiped...

The room had bugs crawling around in the bathroom area and in the tub. We spent a lot of time killing bugs. The microwave was hiding inside a cupboard on a shelf about one inch above the ground. Really hard to use it when it's basically sitting on the floor. The refrigerator was also on the same level, and it was permanently set at a higher than normal temp (...
