"I really loved this property and wish I would’ve had more time to spend there. Pool and hot tub was great. My kid loved the ping pong table. The property was beautiful and loved the marina view. They also had nightly movies at the pool for the kiddos. "

"The Lafayette Hotel & Swim Club is the most fun hotel we have ever stayed at. Every detail is carefully designed with eye candy everywhere you look. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and had a great time by the pool. All the staff were personable & fun. We will definitely go back!!"

"I chose this place because I wanted to check out Torrey Pines Nature Reserve. It’s not like right on the beach, you’ll need transportation or take an Uber, but it was a convenient short drive under the freeway to get there. And I can’t say enough about Torrey Pines. Loved all the trails especially the “Beach Trail” and “Razor Point”. It was also a short enough drive to get back to the general San Diego area. I also liked that check out was at 12, the pool was heated so we still were able to use it in April and the staff was very friendly. The location seems like there is not much around but if you search grocery stores like I did, Ralph’s comes up a couple miles away and I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole fancy strip mall type set up just down the road with several stores and dining. It was convenient that you can eat there if you like. We only did breakfast. I like my free food so at least a complimentary breakfast option would have made things better but it wasn’t outrageously priced. Parking was fair for $25 a day considering some places charge more. Overall I was pleased with my pick. I also appreciated that they gave me Hilton Honors points even though I booked through Expedia."

"Traveled for a quick business trip,and was greated with friendly and professional staff all around and the amenities were all well kept and a have a great cafe and bar on sight with Good food and drinks, room was clean and cozy. highly reccommend. "

"Humphrey is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. Staff was very nice room is spacious and clean and lots of amenities down to the dishes. Big patio towels are nice and soft pillows are fabulous overall a wonderful stay! "
