"We chose to park in the Pay and display car park as suggested by other reviewers and had no problems with that. Be aware that we saw the traffic warden twice though and quite a few cars were being ticketed."

"The family room was set up in a way where the air conditioning unit was blowing directly onto one of the beds, this made it inpossible to sleep without having a freezing cold breeze. When telling the hotel staff the next morning, the boomer woman at reception didn't seem to care, offered no apology and said "there's nothing we can do about that"."

"No running hot water. Called in the evening and again in the morning with no answer. Cold shower it was. Room was too much money for the condition. Location however is convenient."
