「Nice place to stay - very convenient for events at Sparkford Hall as its walkable in 10 minutes - comfy family room which was spacious and had the essentials with a nice clean bathroom. Would stay again in the future as it was in quite a nice location.」

「Excellent location right in the Main Street. It was a little noisy during the day (music shop below which played loud music all day, at night the assembly rooms played music for most of the night - fantastic if you come to party! The facilities were excellent. It was lovely and clean. Everything was within walking distance. Just a little loud for small children. 」

「What was unique about the property?? Pretty much everything! Loved the overall decor and vibe. It felt very much like home and I had the sense of the house being very much a sanctuary from the outside world. The staff were incredibly friendly, fun and helpful, to say nothing of the great breakfasts, that everyone raves about (quite rightly!). We loved everything about our stay and will be back!」

「We are local to the hotel and stayed here for a few nights whilst some work was done on our home. We pop in frequently for breakfast anyway as it’s excellent value and very customisable, but found the room & service to be very good as well!」

「Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. Room was Excellent very clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was Excellent also. A beautiful place to Stay .」

「Really nice place to stay, spotless, bathroom with a bath, very well kept. Parking opposite the hotel in a public car park which is free from 6pm until 9 am. I really liked it there, I would recommend it and I will be back again. Lastly, price was unbeatable.」

「Beautiful property and wonderful stay. The only negatives were lack of hair conditioner and hand cream. Room lovely, but needs a little updating here and there. Food and dining wonderful. Staff wonderful 」

「We stayed in one of the yurts there are 2. The check in instructions were very clear. The yurt was cosy especially when we lit the fire (wood provided). We had a great nights sleep. 」

「A beautiful pub with stunning garden and setting, great food and beer selection. Staff are really helpful and attentive. Rooms are a little old but still very comfy and have everything you need. I stayed for business in the area but a great place for a holiday stop as well! 」
