「Very upset!! Was told to just call for our shuttle pick up from airport. Called for over an hour and had to spend additional $30 on Uber.when arrived back at desk nobody to be found even has people waiting to check in. Want a refund!!」

「We like Hyatt Place! The rooms are clean and crisp, the extra space in the sitting area makes a super comfortable stay. Good breakfast also」
