I was well pleased with the outside lighting in parking lot, front desk people were friendly and very helpful to get me checked in, the room was clean and very well furnished with towels and toiletries. I felt safe and secure.

For the first time in my extended-stay visits, this place was dirty and needed a good clean. The kitchenette counter was wasted. The fridge was dented in about 10 places. The beds were fine, but the rest of the furniture looked like it was bought at a garage sale. Always have been happy here, this trip, if I hadn't been there for only 2 days, I would have checked out. Sorry.

My nonsmoking room smelled musty from smoke. Had an old and very abused mattress that belongs in the trash. There were char marks on the headboard. Previous guests apparently spilled some juice on the door and ceiling. But staff were accommodating, and everything was otherwise clean.

The room we stayed in was not clean, the vents were so dusty to the point when it was time to checkout the next morning we were coughing, and things were broken. When we asked for a different room the staff said they were completely booked which I almost find hard to believe, there was barely anyone in the parking lot. The price was on the cheaper end but I have also stayed in hotels 10 times nicer for cheaper.

I am very pleased with the cleanliness and the location of my room. The residents on the floor are also quiet. The staff is willing to answer questions and help with whatever they can. I enjoy the complimentary coffee, muffins, and granola bars, as well as just greeting the staff and others in the morning. The parking is adequate, and I feel that my car is safe. Chipotle and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner, there is a Chinese restaurant that delivers, and Sammy’s is about a half mile going towards Reed Hartman. I would recommend a short-term or long-term stay.

The shower control was uncontrollable and continued to turn and turn to the point. I was fearful it would come out of the wall. It needs to be adjusted. The door automatically closes, and when it did, the lock popped loose from the door. It was eventually fixed the next day. There are a couple of other small things, but in general, it was not a good experience.

The shower ceiling had what looked like mold on it. A towels was put on shower floor resulting in a black ring around towel where drain was at. The dumpster was running over, there was a mattress in several bags of garbage lying outside the dumpster. The side entry was dirty and litter on the floor. The place smelled like dog.
