「Stayed here for the AF marathon. It was a perfect location, a three minute drive from bib pickup and the shuttle service location. Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping. The only complaint I have is the humidity in my room. Unless I kept the a/c on low 60s, the room felt muggy. Once that was adjusted, the room was great.」
「They said they clean the room every other day....That was not done and I had to go down to ask to get it done....if I did not ask ask 5:45 PM it would not have been done.
Also the body wash container was empty and had to ask for a new one.
The sheets did not fit the bed properly and the fitted sheet kept come off. The quality of the sheet and comfortor was very poor and cheap」
「The unit is new in the last year. Well maintained and the breakfast was an actual full breakfast. Coffee was the best I have had. We will stay there whenever we are traveling to Chicago or any chance we are near.」
