「Was a great stay right next to the University of Dayton and not far from most everything else. Several pools and a nice gym. Get a room on the sixth floor if you can. Restaurant is really nice.」

「Rooms are OK. Breakfast is good, don't miss. Staff is very friendly. We had an issue booking via Expedia - one room was booked under the reference number and another one went under a name (and could not be linked to a number). But we figured it out together with the staff. Good staff indeed」

「Needed a place to stay while traveling. The girl at the front was very sweet and the lobby was clean. The hotel is old, the room was okay. The sink and toilet were dirty. The floor was not clean. There was a dead fly in the sink. One washcloth and two towels that could double as loofah pads. I would not stay again.」

「We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...

「DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Got there and brought all of our bags in and as I’m bringing last bag my Fiance tells me we can’t stay here. When I asked why she said they just had a roach crawling on our baby (6months). We left immediately (no one was at counter to even checkout). We ended up staying at the Hampton inn in Xenia! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!」

「TV did not work complained several times to front desk never got it fixed nor did they offer to switch me to a different room. Had only been checked in an hour when asked to be refunded and was told they couldn’t because it had been 2 hours when I know for a fact it had barely been an hour. Was late checking in and room was cancelled for a no show even though money had been taken and did not give me a refund after been charged for 2 nights」
