"Blood on the curtains, pillows were hard, biggest problem was I was told I would be refunded 50$ for the deposit that was never mentioned until check in,fine whatever cool right , no if u have a payroll card from your job they can’t refund it so you have to go threw a bunch of stuff to get the 50$ back. No sign that says some cards won’t let them refund the 50$ unless you call your card. The clerk named Shelly was highly unprofessional. She told me it was my fault she couldn’t refund it...
