"Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room."

"My rom was very clean. The building is quiet. The property is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to the Beavercreek-Dayton Country Inn & Suites. "

"The breakfast was okay but food was burnt and dry and needs more waffle makers because of long lines. Of course we were there during play offs and so was crowded and busy. Coffee good and am sure the one person trying to keep up was overwhelmed. Clean rooms staff great."

"This hotel is awful, the ice machine rooms have mold on the walls and ceilings (I saw this on the 2nd and 3rd floor) as well as the wallpaper is peeling. The bathrooms in the rooms are gross, didn’t look clean, the shower curtain had holes in it, and also has mildew on the ceilings. Our first night we had to switch to a new room because of a horrible sewage smell, in our second room the TV had no sound even when the volume was turned all the way up. One staff member told us they would have maintenance fix it, then when we followed up another staff member told us they don’t have maintenance staff and “apologized” the the other staff member wasn’t knowledgeable to that fact. I filed a complaint with hotels.com who attempted to reach the hotel staff but they didn’t answer the call or call back when I asked them to and provided my claim number. The staff was very kind and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, the food was borderline inedible and the server spilled coffee all over the table and on me when she was refilling my cup and didn’t even acknowledge it. Horrible experience."
