Great place to stay with small dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Stay. Recommend highly for people with small dogs. Got a room next to the back exit where the dog walk was and where I could park my truck and not have to walk my dog through the lobby, she is small and sometimes barks at people. This is my new stop from visiting my son in NC on my way back to Chicago, Mark, Naperville

Wonderful stay, excellent breakfast! The pool is for little ones as it is only 3 feet deep, I wish it was noted in the hotel description, our teen was not able to use the pool for this reason.

The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and very very helpful. We so appreciated that. However, the furniture in the room was very uncomfortable. The sink was at our knees and difficult to use. The breakfast was almost uneatable. I had oatmeal every morning. Could not eat the eggs.

Our second stay at the Residence Inn was just as incredible as the first! Jennifer and Jackson once again provided exceptional service—welcoming us back like family and ensuring everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. Jennifer’s leadership and enthusiasm continue to shine, and Jackson’s seamless check-in process made us feel right at home. This time, we were especially impressed by Josh and Chad at breakfast. Their teamwork is impeccable—they kept everything spotless and fully stocked, no matter how busy it got. They were friendly and interactive, going out of their way to make sure every guest was taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their efforts made breakfast one of the highlights of our stay. The consistency and dedication of the team here make this hotel a true gem. We’ll definitely be returning again!

For people with pets only Warning: "Not Recommended." Just came from a residence in in NC. Dog friendly. Great room, first floor next to door with dog bags and trash can. No charge for dog. Got to Residence Inn in Beavercreek, got charged $100 nonrefundable for one night for a dog under 15 lbs. Put me on the third floor next to lobby elevator. Took dog outside not only no bags no trash can. Went next door to store with outside garbage can. Did not want to put in the lobby trash. Last time there for us. Mark, Naperville IL

Our stay at the Residence Inn was truly outstanding, thanks to the exceptional team who went above and beyond to make our visit special. Jackson at check-in made the entire process seamless and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our stay with his caring demeanor and attention to detail. Kayla and her manager with the cleaning staff were incredible—so accommodating and thoughtful! Their attention to detail made us feel right at home, and the kids were absolutely thrilled they also tidied their fort they worked so hard on without destroying it! Breakfast was a standout experience, thanks to Josh and Chad. They worked seamlessly as a team to ensure everything was clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Their interactive and friendly approach added such a positive touch to our mornings. Jennifer tied it all together with her exceptional leadership and kindness. Her bubbly and happy personality made us feel so cared for, and she made a point to praise her team, which speaks volumes about her leadership. We loved our experience so much that we canceled a reservation for our next trip at another hotel just to book here again. The Residence Inn team truly set the bar for exceptional hospitality!
