I think I may have encountered new help. She told me the wrong way to my room and that breakfast started at 6 am. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am on the weekends. I am so used to having free breakfast everywhere I stay, I was surprised to find out that breakfast was not included in the room price.

Hotel undergoing renovations which we never told about when booking this hotel. When we arrived, they said it was only to the outside. Not the case. Fitness Center and pool both closed. Really feel like we should have received a discounted rate for everything we missed during a week's stay. Normally, love staying at Marriott properties. Not so much this time.

The immediate area around the hotel is in transition with construction. Even part of the parking lot was unavailable during our stay due to a large construction type dumpster and debris. The hotel rooms are very basic - not what we expected from a Courtyard - especially not at the price we paid. We expected more from Courtyard.
