Arrived to check in. Waited at the front desk for a few minutes while staff attended to remaking coffee, etc. Was finally greeted and checked in. Room was very spacious, beds were ok, nothing to write home about. Room smelled clean upon entering. There was still hair in the shower and bathroom. Water pressure was lacking(4th floor). Pool area for some reason smelled like propane or gas both times we were in the pool area. Pool had debris at the bottom. Pool towels were very thin so if visiting the pool, you may want to bring a beach towel. It was ok for our overnight stay passing through.

All in all, the hotel is in a good location with easy access, many restaurants and shopping nearby and a friendly staff. My only complaints are the HVAC system (air conditioner) was extremely loud when it ran. We turned it off when we were sleeping, for a quiet rest but then we would wake up very warm and turn it back on to cool down the room. That made for less than restful night's sleep. The other complaint is the shower nozzle. Apparently, there is high water pressure to the hotel and no matter which setting the nozzle was on, the spray stung our skin. Other than those 2 complaints, it is a nice hotel.

Our stay with the hotel was OK. We didn't like that the cleaning service didn't come clean our room unless we asked for it. When they did, they didn't give us any extra towels, washcloths, toilet paper and body soap. We had to request for them. During the free breakfast, they would run out of the food quickly and didn't replenish it fast enough.
