"This is the place to stay if you have any events going on at UD arena. Walkable to the venue. Short drive to great places to eat like Table 33, jimme 11, ghost ight coffee and old scratch pizza. That is not to say the hotel eatery is anything to ignore. Breakfast was fairly prices to other options and had an amazing cook on hand at the omelette bar. Our room was just right. Staff was very courteous to us at all times. "

"This pet friendly property is ideally located near multiple dining & shopping establishments. Kroger is also across the street for sundries as well quick items to eat in your room when you’d rather just stay in. Cleaning staff is friendly, helpful but not intrusive. This is our favorite place to stay in the Dayton area when we come to visit relatives & regularly stay here a couple of times a year for multiple nights."
