「I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!! Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!」

「had the king suite and it was very roomy and clean. all staff super helpful and very nice pool was too cold but weather is just changing so i figured thats why A+ all around」

「We have stayed here the past two years when traveling to a nearby festival. The staff is amazing, breakfast is great, rooms are big and very nice however two years in a row there was trash left in cabinets, drawers, under pull out couch and no trash bags left for us. We would like to stay again my only suggestion is housekeeping check cabinets, drawers and fridges for leftover trash from other guests. Thank you」

「Place was dirty didn’t look like it was cleaned」

「别的都还可以，住了7天，就是卫生做的太差，不给刷马桶，一次都没给刷过」

「Quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast.」

「Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University.」
