The staff is GREAT. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The window had a crack from top to bottom, not dangerous but not good, either. The $3 parking fee seems petty and annoying. Oh, did I mention the terrific staff!

The room was clean and well-appointed; all was in working condition. The breakfast is reliably good with a modest selection of hot and continental choices. The property is attractively decorated and generally in good condition; I noted a little wear & tear in the dining area chairs. The area is safe and within walking distance of many dining and retail establishments, though it is also a high-traffic area. I've stayed here many times when I come into town to help an elderly family member.

Room and property was clean. Pool heater was broken and no sign on door letting people know the condition of pool. Water temperature was 66 degrees. Unable to utilize swimming pool. Stayed on second floor, someone had a dog on first floor and you could hear it barking.

The furniture was damaged, one of the drawers bottom was damaged and once opened it could not be closed. One of my friends room had no shower curtain, and nobody brought one until the next day. The bathroom was outdated, the shower was good though. The staff were friendly, and very polite.
