"The two ladies that hosted “Happy Hour” were wonderful. We don’t drink but we did go down for hors d’oeuvres. These two ladies were friendly, inviting and very helpful. Did I mention generous!?! One of the evening front desk staff was less than enthusiastic when she had to leave the back office and put her personal phone call down to answer a question for me. One of which she basically blew off and offered no resolution. She was extremely rude however I do want to point out that she was the only one. Everyone else was wonderful."

"I booked the room through Expedia and when I showed up to check-in they said they didn’t have a room available. Expedia was of no help finding another hotel room in the area. Never booking through them again."

"When I first checked in, I was put in room 306, and it was dirty. It didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned at all. I actually took pictures because I couldn’t believe the condition it was in. I ended up being moved to room 103, but no one apologized or really acknowledged the inconvenience, which didn’t sit right with me. After that, things still didn’t improve. I didn’t receive any housekeeping services the entire time I was there. My room was never cleaned, and I also have pictures to show that. It just felt like I wasn’t being taken care of as a guest at all. Then on top of everything, my key card stopped working because my reservation was ended early without anyone telling me. My stay wasn’t supposed to end until today, so being locked out and having to go get access again was really frustrating. Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had at Extended Stay America, and I don’t feel like the service matched what I paid for. I would really like to request a refund because of everything that happened."

"The beds were terrible. Sunk down in the middle. The lights above the bed did not work. Tried to turn the shower on and the knob just spun. When we asked for maintenance, they informed us that maintenance wouldn’t be there til 10:00. We were trying to leave. So my husband asked for a screw driver and he fixed the shower. We should have our room charge refunded!"
