「Our multiple day stay had several disappointments. We booked a handicap room without a tub, but were given one with. We had to go a very long distance to and from rooms and the front desk to get a room change, as the handicap rooms are a very long distance from the elevator. Day 2 our key cards didn't work so back and forth to the desk again. Day 3 we asked for maid service but didn't get it. We were brought towels and the top one had a large black hair. We paid $15 per day for breakfast that...

「The room was just ok. Some of the staff members were marginal at best. The hotel obviously has a vent problem related to the kitchen. I could smell old grease in the air upon entering the hotel. Only thing really nice were nearby shops/restaurants within walking distance.」
